LabelKnipper

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

LabelKnipper processes shipping-label PDF files entirely and exclusively inside the user's browser.

Data processed

The extension can process PDF documents containing shipping labels explicitly selected by the user. These documents may contain names, addresses, barcodes and shipping details.

On supported Vinted websites, LabelKnipper can display its logo inside the shipping-label download control. After the user clicks that real Vinted control, it locally reads only the page elements needed to identify the control, retrieves the label PDF using the user's existing Vinted session and downloads the locally generated print-ready result. It does not read or store chat messages, payment information or account credentials.

Purpose

The PDF is used only to detect, crop and rotate the shipping label and generate a print-ready PDF. Access to supported Vinted pages is used only to place the LabelKnipper logo in the label control, obtain the PDF after the user clicks it and start the local print-ready download.

Storage and transmission

Website and download access

LabelKnipper requests access only to supported Vinted domains and Vinted's dedicated shipping-label storage host (svc-shipping-labels.s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com). The Vinted access adds the LabelKnipper logo to the shipping-label control. During an active one-click action, the downloads permission identifies and cancels Vinted's temporary original label download. The narrowly scoped storage-host permission then retrieves that same signed PDF locally because the page itself cannot reread the cross-origin download. The PDF goes directly to LabelKnipper's local processor and is never uploaded or transmitted to the publisher. Other downloads are ignored. This access is not used to monitor browsing history, profile users or track activity.

Data sharing

LabelKnipper does not sell, rent or share user data. No user data is transmitted to the publisher.

Data deletion

LabelKnipper maintains no external storage or user profiles. Closing the relevant tabs releases temporary processing data.

Contact

The publisher's public support email address is displayed on the Chrome Web Store listing.
